UBUMI

Mobile platform connecting farmers, agricultural workers and employers in a single app. Three roles across nine screens: field and task management with GPS-tagged parcels, location-based job matching with verified work history and skill certifications, and a direct-sales marketplace. Built the product end to end; developed the four-region go-to-market strategy and investor materials.

EKDDA Learning Platform

Architected and transformed a legacy application into a modern learning platform — as Technical Lead, UX Lead and Team Manager.

Frontend Framework

Architected and optimized a frontend framework and LLM rules for developers, that reduces the time to build new features and the cost by 300% from the legacy approach.

gov.gr Consular Services

Global digitization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' consular processes with Next.js. Awarded the ΔΕΗ BITE award for innovation.

Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE)

Architected an end-to-end digital platform for managing AADE’s public auctions and the complete lifecycle of seized, confiscated, and unclaimed assets, while leading a team of 12 software developers through the platform’s design and implementation.

    Own a ~€15M portfolio of frontend & e2e-testing projects across major Greek public organisations — AADE, ELSYN, ELSYN-HRMS, ASEP, OSE and EKDDA.

    • —At EKDDA, architected and transformed a legacy JSP application into a modern, Coursera-style learning platform — acting as Technical Lead, UX Lead and Team Manager.
    • —Set frontend architecture and testing direction across the whole portfolio.
    • —Standardised unit and e2e testing on Playwright

    Led frontend architecture for the Independent Public Revenue Authority and other Greek public-sector platforms.

    • —Architected and led a new full-stack framework for up to 12 frontend developers, integrating an ERP system and driving the full migration off a legacy platform.
    • —Cut API calls by 96.5% with a React Query caching strategy and scalable component architecture.
    • —Directed a cross-functional team of 16 for the Hellenic Court of Audit using a micro-frontend architecture.

    • —Design System: assessed, remodelled and replaced web components & libraries, and established Storybook for prototyping and refining UI.
    • —User Area: team lead delivering accessible (a11y), scalable solutions across European premises; replaced Redux-Saga with React Context for a leaner UX.
    • —ETIAS (EU-LISA): built the architectural proof-of-concept and state management with Redux Toolkit, deployed via Docker.

    Banking and lottery web applications.

    • —Led the OPAP terminal sports-betting web app (Intralot BCLC / NLO): class-based logic in React/MobX, wrapped with Electron (Node.js).
    • —myNBG: migrated from a monolith to micro-frontends with Angular 8+ libraries while preserving legacy features — reactive programming with RxJS, NgRx, Facade and Effects.
    • —NBG Race & Position: standalone web apps with React, Styled-Components and Redux-Saga; shipped a UI installer as an npm package; Agile with Jira & Bitbucket.
